Day/Time - Wednesdays at 8pm Fee - $50 Per Week Location - Virtual

Are you struggling to relate to your teen, or have you begun to notice new behaviors you don’t understand? Has communication been more difficult lately and you’re uncertain how to get through to your teen? Are you trying to balance your teen’s newfound desire for independence, while also assisting them with the skills they still need to learn? You do not have to go through this alone. Join a group of parents who are also trying to find the best way forward. In this group, you will gain support and psychoeducation around dealing with new behaviors, strategies for how to have conversations about challenging and uncomfortable topics, techniques to empower them to expand their independence in a safe way, and more.
